Consultation
First,we gather details about your home to determine it's value. It's best to preview your home in person to provide the most accurate analysis. We will also prepare an estimate of your proceeds.

Preparing Your Home to Sell
We will provide a staging consultation and advise you on the steps needed to prepare your home. If repairs are necessary, we have a team of qualified professionals to help you get the job done.

Professional Photos
We have a great photographer to create beautiful images of your home. When buyers see great images they stop scrolling, dive deeper into the story of your home, and have a greater chance of a showing.

Showings and Offers
When an offer is received we will review the contract with your goals in mind and create a net sheet detailing your estimated proceeds. We will then discuss whether to accept or counter the offer.

Offer Accepted
When the offer is accepted and the buyer's contingencies are removed we'll send the documents to our Title Company for processing. We will communicate often with all parties ensure a smooth closing.
